THE EXAMS
We offer both Offqual regulated exams:
Performance Grades (recorded and live)
Academy Grades (live exams only, at our Hampshire centre)
and
Recital Grades (recorded only)
There are 2 forms of RECITAL grade exams:
1) RECITAL, where solos or backing tracks are read from a part
2) RECITAL improvised, where backing tracks are accompanied without a drum part
DETAILS OF CRITERIA FOR IMPROVISED EXAMS
Recital grades for those students where UCAS points are not a priority.
The same examination process and certificate, but UCAS points are not awarded.
