REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES

PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES

In all cases please email: exams@percussionacademy.co.uk

A fee for replacement is payable (currently £10.00).

 1.   Errors in spelling 

1.1   All details including spelling of the name, instrument, grade, teacher’s details, etc., should be checked carefully, during the exam application process.
       Percussion Academy must be notified of any required corrections immediately .

1.2  If Percussion Academy is not informed of errors until after the certificate is printed, the replacement fee will be payable.

 2.   Damaged certificates

 2.1  Replacements for certificates delivered in a damaged condition may be requested. Photographic evidence will be required.
       There will be no fee. 

3.   Lost certificates 

3.1 The replacement fee will be payable.
      Email Percussion Academy with the following details:

      Candidate's name as appeared on the original certificate 

      Examinatuion type (Performance; Recital; P.A. Grade)

      Examination date

      Centre name or 'recorded'

      Teacher or school name
