Copyright in all scores and sound tracks has been secured.
Permission is granted to download drum scores and/or sound tracks specifically and solely for use by students and teachers
in a teaching environment i.e. class/group/one to one situation.
This permission may at the discretion of Percussion Academy and/or agents and associates of Percussion Academy,
be rescinded at any time with or without prior notice.
Drum scores and / or sound tracks may not be used for public performance or broadcasting in any form whatsoever.
Drum scores may not be reproduced in any form whatsoever except as a single copy for use by students and teachers
during lessons and/or practise.
Any form whatsoever of publication i.e. printed hard copy/digital copy/recording of drum scores and / or sound tracks
downloaded in accordance with the above conditions will be deemed an infringement of copyright.
